1. ISO 9001:2015 Certified Manufacturing

At CNC Tools, we operate under a strict quality management system certified to ISO 9001:2015. Every step of our workflow—from digital file intake and raw material sourcing to CNC machining and final dimensional inspection—follows documented, traceable procedures to ensure consistent quality.

2. Drawing & Tolerance Compliance

We manufacture parts exactly to your 3D CAD files and 2D technical drawings. When drawings are not provided, we adhere to the ISO 2768-m (medium) standard for CNC machining and standard commercial tolerances for 3D printing and sheet metal fabrication:

• CNC Machining: Standard tolerance of ±0.125 mm. High-precision tolerances down to ±0.01 mm can be achieved when specified on 2D drawings.
• 3D Printing: Standard dimensional accuracy of ±0.2% (with a lower limit of ±0.2 mm) depending on tech (SLA, FDM, SLS).
• Sheet Metal: Bending tolerances of ±0.5 mm and laser cutting tolerances of ±0.2 mm.

3. Material Authenticity & Traceability

We source raw metals and plastics only from certified, reputable mills and suppliers. We guarantee that materials match your technical specifications. Upon request, we can provide:

• Certificate of Conformity (CoC): Documenting that the supplied parts comply with the requirements of your order.
• Material Test Reports (MTR): Chemical composition and physical properties verification reports directly from the material manufacturer.

4. Strict Inspection Procedures

Every batch of parts undergoes a multi-gate quality check:

• Gate 1 (DFM & Intake): Automatic and manual Design for Manufacturability review before production starts.
• Gate 2 (In-process): First-article inspections and periodic operator measurements during machining runs.
• Gate 3 (Final Quality Control): Dimensional verification using calibrated metrology equipment, including Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), digital calipers, micrometers, and thread gauges.

5. Refund & Remake Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you receive parts that do not meet your specified CAD models or 2D drawing tolerances, we will make it right:

• Easy Claim: File a quality claim within 10 days of delivery by sharing inspection photos or measurements.
• Free Remake: If the deviation is verified, we will remake and ship your parts on express priority at no additional cost.
• Refund Option: Alternatively, we will issue a full or partial credit/refund for the non-compliant parts.
